The Education Building has been a great addition to the life and work of the CHWs. Students have a comfortable place to stay and learn when they come to their week of training every other month and when they come for their rotation at the clinic, an important part of their education. In addition to classes, many special events from celebrations to large community meetings have been held there this past year. It is a center for both health and community! So many donors joined in during those early days before there was even any ground to build on. Thank you SO much for coming with us on this wonderful journey.

Next, the clinic! If you follow us on Facebook (and you should!) , you've seen the steady progress on this amazing and impressive building, which will serve the people of Peten for years into the future. We expect to open it in early 2020, two years ahead of schedule.
