Supply list: Plaster?

We asked the Community Health Workers what supplies they needed us to bring down when we travel for the inauguration of the Medical Training Center.

"Bring plaster"

This is Maria, one of their patients. She has Osteogenesis Imperfecta, which causes fragile bones. The CHWs are, unfortunately, getting quite good at putting on the hip spica casts needed to immobilize femur fractures. Without them, she'd have to travel 4 hours to the nearest hospital.
